These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rizzshots and rizzshots.com(the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

What the Service does

Rizzshots generates AI-styled photos from the selfies you upload. Results are produced by an AI model and will vary. The Service is a creative tool - we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including a particular number of matches, dates, or responses on any dating app.

Your content and responsibilities

• You may upload only photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to use.
• You must not upload photos of other people without their consent, or photos of minors.
• You must not use the Service to impersonate someone else, deceive others unlawfully, or for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.

Rights in your photos

You keep all rights to the selfies you upload. You receive full rights to use the photos the Service generates for you, including for your personal dating profiles and social media. The Rizzshots name, site, and software remain our property.

Payments

Photo packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and may change. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

AI disclaimer

Photos are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended to be a stylized, flattering representation of you. They may not perfectly match your appearance, and any claims about results (such as improved dating-app performance) are illustrative, not guarantees.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rizzshots is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful or unlawful way.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of Rizzshots is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
