Refund Policy

Rizzshots sells one-time digital photo packs that are generated and delivered to you instantly. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.

Try before you buy

Your first photo is free, with no card required. We encourage you to generate your free photo first so you know what to expect before purchasing a pack.

When you can get a refund

• Something went wrong. If a technical problem prevented your photos from being generated or delivered, contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full.
• Not happy with your pack. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of buying and we will make it right - a re-generation or a refund, at your choice.

How to request a refund

Email support@rizzshots.com from the email address you used at checkout, and briefly tell us what happened. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
