This Privacy Policy explains how Rizzshots ("Rizzshots", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use rizzshots.comand our photo-generation service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Photos you upload. The selfies you upload so we can generate your photos.
• Email address. Collected at checkout and used for your account, login, and receipts.
• Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage and device data. Basic analytics (pages viewed, device, approximate location, and similar) collected via Google Analytics and cookies to run and improve the Service.

Your facial images

The selfies you upload contain your face. We use them only to (a) generate the photos you request and (b) run an automated quality check that compares each generated photo to your selfie so the result actually looks like you. We do not use your face to identify you across other services, and we never sell your images or share them for advertising. You can request deletion of your uploaded and generated images at any time (see "Your choices").

How we use your information

• Generate, store, and deliver your photos.
• Create and secure your account and process payments.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our Terms.
• Measure and improve the Service.

Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum data necessary with providers who help us run the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

• Google Cloud (Vertex AI). Your uploaded selfie and the chosen scene are processed to generate your photos.
• Cloudflare R2. Secure storage of your uploaded and generated images.
• Stripe. Payment processing.
• Resend. Sending you login codes and transactional email.
• Google Analytics. Usage analytics.

Data retention

We keep your uploaded selfies and generated photos while your account is active so you can access your results, and delete them on request. We keep payment and account records as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, including your uploaded and generated images. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA. To make a request, email support@rizzshots.com.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to keep you signed in. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Age requirement

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
